What is AirServer?

AirServer is the most advanced AirPlay, Miracast and Google Cast receiver for Mac, PC, Xbox One and Microsoft Surface Hub.

On Mac, It allows you to receive AirPlay feeds, similar to an Apple TV, so you can stream content or Mirror your display from your iOS devices or Macs (with built-in mirroring functionality) running Mountain Lion or newer.  You can also receive Google Cast feeds similar to a Google Dongle.

On Windows, AirServer also allows you to receive AirPlay and Google Cast feeds, as described above. On Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 systems that meet the system requirements, AirServer can also receive and display Miracast signals from your Android or Windows devices.
Please visit our support page AirServer Universal for PC System Requirements for information about the requirements of using Miracast.

Please note: AirServer does not create a mirrored image of your computer’s desktop to send to other devices. AirServer is a receiver and not a transmitter. AirServer will only allow you to receive mirrored or streamed content from iOS devices or other mirroring-enabled Macs, and not visa-versa.
