Refund requests are only accepted if they are sent within 7 days of the purchase date.
If you wish to request a refund for any reason within that time period, you must first deactivate the license from your computer. Deactivation can be done from the activation wizard within the app, or by going to your account’s activation management page, which is linked in your purchase confirmation email.
After that is done, send us the activation code by email.
Please note: Once a refund request has been filed, the normal processing time is 3-5 business days if the payment was done with a credit card. PayPal refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
