This problem occurs when you are trying to use AirServer with an old graphics adapter/card, the drivers are not up to date or when your card is not supported.
There are a few things you can try to help resolve this problem:
- Update your graphics adapter/card's drivers to the latest version
- Make sure you are using the latest version of AirServer Windows 10 Desktop Edition by checking for updates in the Windows Store.
- Switch hardware acceleration off in the Settings. You can do so by clicking the hamburger menu in the interface. Scroll down to Decoder and untick the box in front of "Use hardware-accelerated graphics". Make sure to restart AirServer Windows 10 Desktop Edition afterwards.
