In most cases, this problem is caused by wireless display caching issues on the Windows 10 laptop you are trying to mirror to AirServer. It is possible to remove this information.
You can remove the cached information on a Windows laptop by following these steps:
- Press Windows Key + K.
- Select the "Find other types of devices" link at the bottom.
- Find each AirServer you want to remove in the list of saved devices that appears.
- Select the AirServer you wish to remove and press the "Remove Device" button.
- Reboot your computer.
