I would like a refund for AirServer Universal, AirServer Windows 10 Desktop Edition, AirServer for Mac or AirServer for Surface Hub:

Refund requests are only accepted if they are sent within 7 days of the purchase date.

If you wish to request a refund for any reason within that time period, you must first deactivate the license from your computer. Deactivation can be done from the activation wizard within the app, or by going to your account’s activation management page, which is linked in your purchase confirmation email. Please note that uninstalling AirServer, does not deactivate it automatically.

After AirServer has been deactivated succesfully, send us a refund request by raising a ticket and mentioning the license key you would like to get refunded.

Please note: Once a refund request has been filed, the normal processing time is 5-8 business days if the payment was done with a credit card. PayPal refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund purchases on the Xbox Store ourselves but it is possible to request a refund from the Xbox Store
