In the Remote Management, under Personalisation, it is possible to hide the Settings Menu from the on-screen interface (On-screen Display Settings). If the on-screen menu is disabled, settings can only be accessed through the remote management webpage. It is therefore very important to keep track of the address and Remote Management admin password.

 

In case you have forgotten the password and are no longer able to access the Remote Management or the on-screen settings, please create a new support ticket mentioning the MAC address (or device ID) of your AirServer Connect unit so we can further assist you in resetting it. You can get this information from the on-screen menu.
